Start your visit to St. Augustine at the Visitor Information Center. Pick up brochures for area attractions and tours and learn about local events. It is a great place to meet up with other people in your group or can be used as a rendezvous point. One of the best places to park in old town St. Augustine is directly behind the Visitor's Information Center in the parking garage. There are about 1200 spaces and is open 364 days a year. Parking is notoriously difficult in old town. The St. Augustine Visitor Information Center is also a great place just to cool off in the summer. You will also find public restrooms here.
